It's the Queen's Diamond Jubilee! Of course I'm watching Her Majesty's progress down the Thames (wearing my costume jewels, drinking coffee from a teacup) and thinking about London.
Photos: Westminster Abbey, a flag on display in Notting Hill, the view of Westminster Clock Tower (aka Big Ben) from Trafalgar Square. I just learned that the tower is to be renamed "Elizabeth Tower" in honor of the Queen's Jubilee. Read about it here.
